    Chairman of the Board

    Neshe’ is a dedicated public health professional with a Master of Public Health and certification as a Health Education Specialist. With over a decade of experience in healthcare and five years specializing in public health, she has evolved into a seasoned consultant. Her expertise lies in providing comprehensive health education, community outreach trainings, program development and evaluation, as well as health communications and campaign marketing. She approach each project with a meticulous focus on addressing community-specific gaps through a combination of evidence-based practices and scientific research. Neshe’ commitment to promoting well-being extends beyond conventional boundaries, making her a versatile and effective advocate for health improvement at both individual and community levels.

  • Thomas Conley

    President

    Thomas, a Charlotte native and Morehouse College graduate, brings 10 years experience as an educator to the foundation, which has fueled his passion to uplift communities through the school system. He uses a combination of athletics and academics to empower kids to become leaders, overcome adversity and achieve their goals.

  • Wanji Banda, MPH

    Secretary

    Wanji brings with her 6 years of valuable experience in healthcare and the Public Health Service. Her expertise spans healthcare management, community outreach, and non-profit partnership development, all dedicated to tackling disparities in women’s health, maternal and child health, and community health education. With enthusiasm and passion, Wanji is committed to being the voice for the underrepresented and spearheading a movement towards positive health outcomes and strategies.

  • Jareem Williams, M.Ed.

    Treasurer

    Jareem has over 10 years experience in education where he currently serves as an Assistant Principal in North Texas. He creates and maintains school wide and district wide systems that positively impacts the lives of the students he governs and the educators that teach them. He leads with and enthusiasm and passion that propels his community to surpass expectations.

  • Dr. Nakisha Rutledge, Ph.D, MS

    Grants Director

    Dr. Nakisha Rutledge, a Detroit native, has spent over 15 years connecting people and resources through her community outreach work. She's known for her knack for bringing communities together and opening doors to new opportunities. Throughout her career, she's crafted and spearheaded initiatives that have made a real difference in various neighborhoods and for numerous organizations. Dr. Rutledge's heart lies in helping young people thrive and giving them the support they need. This passion led her to team up with the Conley Cares Foundation, where she's putting her fundraising talents to work for a cause that's close to her heart.
